Celestial Quilt Pattern // Alderwood Studio

The Celestial Quilt Pattern uses a combination of techniques including curves, half-rectangle triangles, and half-square triangles to achieve a starry effect. While this pattern features many curved blocks, Amber has given extra room for trimming in the templates and provided both a blog tutorial and video tutorials to help you trim these curved blocks to perfection! She also has a tutorial to walk you through HRT creation and trimming.

This pattern can be made with 4 colors of yardage or a fat quarter bundle, and is available in a baby, throw, or queen size with optional borders. This sample was quilted by Jenn B Quilts and photographed by Amy Wennerlind.

The sample colors can be replicated with either Art Gallery Fabrics Pure Solids or Kona Cotton:
