Hours of Operation

Summer Hours May 1-Aug 31:

Monday: Closed

Tuesday-Sunday: 11am- 4pm

We are closed on major federal holidays, Easter Sunday, Mother & Father's Days, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Years Eve, and New Years Day

Other closures will be emailed via newsletter and displayed on the Contact page.

Exchanges & Returns

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges

Can I order fat quarters?

Yes! You can use our Single Fat Quarter listing and request the prints or solids you'd like in "Notes" at checkout. Please add 1 unit per fat quarter.

How quickly do you ship?

We typically ship within 24-48 business hours. Orders placed Friday-Monday are mailed on Tuesday.

Locals have the option to pick up in store and must pick-up orders within 2 weeks. Orders for batting must be picked up within 2 days.

However during busy sale days such as Second Saturday, Small Business Saturday, Finish the Bolt Sale, or our Anniversary Sale, shipping can take up to a week.

Please note if your order contains pre-order items mixed with in-stock items, your order will ship when all items arrive in-store.

Do you ship internationally?

We do ship internationally flat rate. Any overage in shipping will be refunded.

I made a mistake on my order. Can I add to/change it?

Yes! Mistakes happen! If you made a mistake on your order and need to edit it, we can cancel your order and have you make a new order.

If you need to add to your order only, please make a separate order for the addition. Any additional postage will be refunded.

What cut of fabric can I order?

Orders come in as little as 1/4 yard and up to the number of yards in stock. We cut fabric continuously from the bolt. If you’re ordering a large cut of fabric, we strive to cut continuously. However, cuts may come in multiple pieces. We will always email you if your order not one continuous cut.

If you need a sample, we suggest purchasing 1/4 yard.

Do you offer pre-orders?

We allow pre-orders for fabric. We list collections, bundles, and pre-cuts 3 months before they are scheduled to ship to shops.

Please note: If your pre-order contains fabrics arriving in different months or in-stock items, your order will ship all together once everything has arrived in-store.

Do you offer gift cards?

Yes, we offer physical & digital gift cards. You’ll receive a code via email, which you can then email to the recipient, or request a printed certificate from us!

Do you offer discounts & sales?

Yes! We occasionally have sales or special offers. Make sure you sign up for our newsletter and follow us on social media so you don’t miss it!
